Steven Kent Ganzel, D.O.

Dr. Ganzel has attained board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. A native of Nebraska, he attended Asbury College where he earned both an A.B. in Biology and B.S. in education. He completed a M.S. in Exercise Physiology at the University of Kentucky. Afterwards, he earned his D.O. at Michigan State University, at Naval Hospital Charleston. Dr. Ganzel then completed a Medical Internship and an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Va. He completed his PM & R residency at Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital/University of Chicago in Chicago. Afterwards, he served as Chief Fellow during his Interventional Pain Fellowship at Georgia Pain Physicians in Marietta. Dr. Ganzel has conducted extensive research, completed numerous certifications and earned several awards during his tenure.
